Kazuya Yatagai is one of the most outstanding young ikebana masters in Japan today. He studied ikebana at the Ikenobo Ochanomizu Gakuin and became an Ikebana Professor of Ikenobo in 2011. He runs a popular Ikebana Salon in Akasaka, Tokyo, and he also teaches ikebana from beginners to advanced students. His shop window displays are very highly regarded.  

池坊お茶の水学院、華道・文化芸術学科に入学、2011年に池坊いけばな教授の門標を授かる。港区赤坂でいけばなサロン＆CafeBarを主宰。いけばな初心者から上級者への幅広い指導、店舗の装花やワークショップも行う。
