We warmly welcome international visitors attending the Melbourne Ikebana Festival 2026 to spend a memorable day with guests from Japan and Australia, exploring some of Victoria's most beautiful destinations before enjoying the festival's signature evening event at Beleura House.

11:00 am – Depart Melbourne
12:30 pm – Mornington Main Street
Free time for lunch and a walk along the beach

4:00 pm – Point Leo Estate
Wine tasting (optional) and visit to the International Sculpture Park

Booking Information
Priority Booking
Until 1 August 2026, bookings are available exclusively to:
- Melbourne Ikebana Festival exhibitors
- Participants in Melbourne Ikebana Festival courses and workshops
General Public Booking
From 2 August 2026, remaining seats will be released to the general public.
Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the tour organiser.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund, less any booking or administration fees.
- Cancellations made 14–30 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of departure, failure to attend, or late arrival.
- If the tour is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund of the tour fee.
3. Tour Itinerary
- The organiser reserves the right to alter the itinerary, schedule, venues, or activities due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, venue availability, or other circumstances beyond its control.
- Any changes will be made with the aim of maintaining the quality and enjoyment of the tour.
4. Departure and Return Times
- Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes before departure.
- The bus will depart at the scheduled time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
- Return times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Health and Mobility
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the tour activities.
- The organiser should be notified of any mobility requirements or medical conditions that may affect participation.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation if it believes a participant's health or safety may be at risk.
6. Personal Belongings
- Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.
- The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
7. Conduct and Safety
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by the tour guide, driver, and venue staff.
- Behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, offensive, or illegal may result in removal from the tour without refund.
- Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
- Participation in the tour is at the participant’s own risk.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from participation in the tour, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance.
9. Photography and Media
- Photographs and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional and marketing purposes.
- By participating, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials unless you notify the organiser in writing before the tour.
10. Force Majeure
- The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or changes resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, industrial action, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
11. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking and participating in the tour, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
12. Missed Activities and Unused Services
The tour price is based on the complete tour package and itinerary. No refunds, discounts, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided for any unused portion of the tour.
