International Ikebana Exhibition

When: 11 AM - 5 PM, 29 August & 10 AM - 5 PM, 30 August 2026

Where: Store Gallery, Abbotsford Convent

Admission: $10 at the door. Includes a 10% discount voucher for an Ikebana Workshop* and one small floral gift per adult (limited quantities available). *Conditions apply. Children are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult. Complimentary ticket holders are not eligible to receive a workshop discount voucher or a floral gift.

Free Admission: Admission is free for exhibitors, complimentary ticket holders, and anyone who has booked a demonstration, Ikebana Workshop, or Ikebana Conference.

Exhibition of 10 Artists from Japan Ikebana Therapy Association

We are delighted to welcome 10 distinguished ikebana artists and therapists from Japan, led by Dr. Hamasaki and Professor Niikawa, internationally recognised pioneers in the field of Ikebana Therapy.

Together with their clients and senior members of the community including those living with dementia and their carers, they will create a unique and inspiring ikebana installation that celebrates creativity, connection, and wellbeing.

This is a rare and exceptional opportunity to experience the beauty, elegance, and therapeutic power of ikebana at its highest level.
